The seed was planted when Lisa's brother, Phil, the proprietor of Horsefly Brewing Company in the scenic Montrose, Colorado, came to visit Florida's Space Coast. There, Phil observed the burgeoning craft beer scene, ripe with potential.

Zach, who once navigated the sterile corridors of the biomedical engineering industry, yearned for a life less ordinary. He harbored an idyllic aspiration: to curate a sanctuary where the foamy essence of a well-crafted beer would mingle with the salty air of the beach. Lisa, wielding her acumen as a seasoned CPA, stepped in as both the financial compass and partner in this venture. Together, they channeled their shared passion into reality, and thus, BeachFly Brewing Company took flight.

While Zach's foray into home brewing laid the groundwork, the scales of ambition demanded a more seasoned hand. Enter Will Brant, a Satellite Beach native, whose return to the Space Coast serendipitously aligned with BeachFly's inception. Will's brewing prowess, sharpened over five years in Denver's competitive beer landscape, was the missing ingredient. His philosophy was simple yet profound – innovation intertwined with balance and drinkability. It was this shared ethos that crowned him Head Brewer at BeachFly.

BeachFly first unfurled its wings in Indian Harbour Beach in the late autumn of 2018, with a modest trio of beers. The journey led them to Rockledge in 2020, where they breathed new life into an old building, culminating in a grand reopening on April 1, 2022. Today, the brewery boasts a repertoire of sixteen draughts, featuring five flagship brews and a kaleidoscope of eleven seasonal and rotating taps. The selection is a homage to the tropics, with each beer crafted to be the perfect companion for sun-drenched shores or a leisurely Floridian day. Light German ale, balanced with traditional hops and malt to mimic this highly drinkable style

TURTLE TRAX: Fruited American Wheat Ale ABV 5%

American wheat ale with orange and tamarind, bright citrus aroma and a slightly tart finish make for a highly refreshing beer.

BEACHFL I.P.A: IPA ABV 6%

Their core IPA, is dominated by notes of citrus and pine, with a mild, well-rounded bitterness.

SUNRISE RED ALE: Red Ale ABV 5.5% 

American red ale with a rich malt profile that is carefully balanced with American hops and a clean finish.

SCALLYWAG: Foreign Extra Stout ABV 7.5%

A very dark and roasty beer, aggressive bitterness, higher alcohol content, and a dry finish, give this Island stout a depth of complexity that develops as the beer warms up.
